For optimal group performance, innovation, endurance, and deep personal and professional satisfaction the following principles will guide our sessions:
Session 1:
Part A: Using emotions as information: allows you to access feeling and intuition in service to your goals.
Part B: your horse and your skills
Session 2:
Part A: Listening to your horse and managing contagious emotions
Part B: Collection and gaits
Session 3:
Part A: Mastering boundaries and assertiveness and developing a high tolerance for vulnerability
Part B: Picking up the pace while keeping centered
Session 4:
Part A: Breaking through your limitations while conserving energy
Part B: Emergency stops, why, when, and why not? And dismount
Session 5:
Part A: Employing non-predatory power liberally, and predatory power sparingly and preparing for difficult conversation
Part B: Learning aboard how this power works with our horse partner
Session 6:
Part A: Engaging in consensual leadership
Part B: Who’s the boss, lets ride like it!
Session 7:
Part A: Cultivating emotional intuitive heroism
Part B: Enjoy the Dr T Ride
